On August 10, 2026, Henan Zhonghui General Equipment Co., Ltd. was honored to invite the well-known welding engineer Mr. Yang Jundian to the company’s production workshop to conduct intensive on-site training focusing on improving welding technology and operational levels.
Mr. Yang conducted on-site demonstrations of a series of welding processes based on the specific production scenarios and workflow requirements of Henan Zhonghui, including:
- CO2 gas shielded welding (MIG/MAG) – optimizes deposition efficiency and minimizes spatter
- Submerged arc welding (SAW) — deep penetration and high-quality welds on thick-section components
- Manual Arc Welding (SMAW) – improved electrode handling and joint integrity
- Tungsten Inert Gas Welding (TIG) – achieves precision welds with excellent surface finish
Instead of limiting training to theoretical explanations, Mr. Yang works side by side with the production team, guiding each worker through practical exercises and providing real-time feedback on techniques, parameter adjustments, and defect prevention. This personalized teaching approach ensures that each participant can immediately apply the demonstrated methods to their daily work.
The training has significantly improved the proficiency and confidence of workers on the shop floor.
