Vietnam Transport Group, one of the country’s leading state-owned infrastructure enterprises, required a high-capacity aggregate production line to support the rapid expansion of highway, bridge, and municipal construction projects. The existing production facility suffered from low output, poor particle shape, excessive dust emissions, and frequent equipment failures, making it difficult to meet the strict quality standards for road base materials and concrete aggregates.
To ensure a stable supply of premium aggregates for its own infrastructure projects while supporting commercial aggregate sales, the customer selected Zhonghui Machinery to design and deliver a complete 5,000 TPD automated aggregate production line. The customized solution combines high-efficiency crushing, shaping, screening, and intelligent control systems, providing reliable operation, superior product quality, and long-term production stability.
The production line adopts a classic two-stage crushing and screening process, consisting of a vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, multi-deck vibrating screen, belt conveyor system, pulse dust collection system, and centralized intelligent control system.
The vibrating feeder ensures stable and continuous material feeding while removing fine materials before crushing. The jaw crusher performs primary crushing of large limestone and bluestone, followed by the impact crusher for secondary crushing and particle shaping. The multi-layer vibrating screen accurately classifies finished aggregates into multiple sizes, while oversized materials are automatically returned for further crushing, forming a closed-loop production process with high efficiency and minimal waste.
