Vietnam Coal Group, one of the country’s leading coal producers, required an efficient solution to process large volumes of wet coal before storage and further utilization. High moisture content reduced calorific value, increased transportation costs, and affected production efficiency.
To improve product quality while reducing operating costs, Zhonghui Machinery designed and supplied a 2,000 TPD rotary coal drying production line. The customized solution significantly improved drying efficiency, stabilized coal quality, and enabled continuous industrial-scale production while meeting local environmental requirements.
The complete production line was engineered according to the customer’s material characteristics and production targets. The system combines a high-capacity rotary drum dryer with a self-fuel fluidized furnace to provide continuous and energy-efficient thermal processing.
